An actor and comedian was spotted at the scene of a double shooting in northwest D.C. Tuesday evening.

T.J. Miller, of the HBO sitcom “Silicon Valley,” was seen with a red stain on his pants talking to police officers.

Some who recognized him mistook him for the actor who played Napoleon Dynamite -- Jon Heder -- said News4 Washington's Jackie Bensen, who reported on the shooting.
