Signs Of The Snowpocalypse: Snow For Sale On eBay

Someone is using eBay to sell a shovel full of Snowmageddon.

One man's trash is another man's treasure. And just because you're sick of snow doesn't mean other people wouldn't spend their hard-earned money on it.

At least, that's what someone in Rockville is hoping. The seller is using eBay to unload "one shovel full of snow from 'Snowmageddon in DC.'"

"Authentic DC region snow straight from my driveway!!" the ad gleefully exclaims.

Bidding starts at 99 cents. So who'd actually want some of this stuff? The seller has some ideas:

Are you from DC and are away for the winter and missed out on this epic storm? Maybe you are just a snow lover? Maybe you live in Brazil (I'll ship worldwide!) and have never seen snow?

OK, sold! But how do you make sure your snow arrives in mint condition? The seller says he or she will ship in a refrigerated FedEx box.

"I think I could probably get it to you guaranteed unmelted for shipping fees of 45 bucks," the ad says.

What a bargain! We're thinking it might be the perfect Valentine's Day present. But hurry up! The bidding ends Monday at 3:30 p.m. (unless it melts first...).
