Police making a traffic stop on the Baltimore-Washington Parkway Saturday morning found a shooting victim inside the car.
The man was found at about 3:30 a.m. near Fort Meade Road by Park Police making a traffic stop. He was in a car with three other people -- and with visible bullet holes.
The victim is hospitalized and has had surgery. No other identifying information has been released.
Police now believe the man was actually shot in the first block of I street Southwest earlier that night. The case has been transferred to Metropolitan Police, who are continuing the investigation.
