Due to the recent earthquake in Virginia, the Marine Corps base in Quantico released a statement alerting residents of explosive munitions training this week.

On Monday, March 26 and Tuesday, March 27, there will be scheduled training exercises taking place from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The effects of training may vary depending on the weather conditions. Noise and vibration from the training may increase from overcast conditions.

If you have any questions regarding Marine Corps training exercises, please call the Quantico Public Affairs Office at (703) 432-0311.
