    Prince William County teens Royce Ratcliff and Angelina Occhiuzzo, both 16, are believed to have left their homes voluntarily. They may be in Angelina's car. (Published Wednesday, April 8, 2015)

    A pair of 16-year-olds missing from Prince William County, Virginia, are believed to be together.

    Police believe Royce Ratcliff and Angelina Occhiuzzo left their homes voluntarily, and may be in Angelina's car.

    Family members said Ratcliff was last seen around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday at home on Gullwind Drive in Dumfries. He is believed to with Occhiuzzo, of Woodbridge, who has also been reported missing.

    Both teens are believed to have left their homes voluntarily and may be in Occhiuzzo's car, a white four-door 2011 Kia Forte sedan, with temporary Maryland tags of 223376T.

    Police said Ratcliff may be in need of assistance, which qualifies him as being endangered. They said Occhiuzzo is not considered to be endangered at this time.

    Ratcliff is six feet one inch tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has dark blond/light brown hair and blue eyes.

    Occhiuzzo is five feet one inch tall and weighs 96 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
