A brand new baby was born into royalty recently, but what exactly is the newborn's full name? We turned to the British Embassy and Palace officials to help us figure it out.
Palace officials announced on Wednesday that William and Kate named their son George Alexander Louis and that he will be known as "His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge.''
The British Embassy adds that members of the Royal family who are entitled to the dignity of being called "His or Her Royal Highness" do not need a surname… but if for any reason they do, that surname is Mountbatten-Windsor.
That would make the new royal baby’s full name… George Alexander Louis MountBatten-Windsor.
