Report Highlights Dangerous Toys on Store Shelves

A new toy report highlights dangerous toys that are still making their way to store shelves.

The U.S. Public Interest Research Group found hazardous toys everywhere from dollar stores to big chain stores like Toys "R" Us.

One toy, a Captain America Soft Shield, has 29 times the lead content allowed by federal standards.

Other concerns: Toys with small parts that pose choking hazards and toys with high levels of toxic substances.
