The dog that bit an adult on a playground in Falls Church, Va., Friday is not likely to have rabies, according to police.

Two men let the dog off its leash at the playground of Thomas Jefferson Elementary School after 4 p.m. Friday, and it bit one person’s left.

The dog was found Saturday. It has had its rabies inoculations and is in quarantine for 10 days of observation, police said.
