Prince George's County Police are asking for help in finding a critical missing person.
Sikesa Dayon Proctor, of Fulton Avenue in Glenarden, was last seen Wednesday in Northeast D.C. Authorities say Proctor, 29, has been diagnosed with mental health problems and may need medication.
Proctor is 5'4" and 190 pounds. She has tattoos on both arms and may be driving a silver 2002 Buick Century with Maryland license plates 2FX-L59.
