Poodle Stolen Outside Georgetown Coffee Shop

A poodle named Charlie was stolen outside of the Saxby's coffee shop in Georgetown Tuesday morning.

Carole Sargent was fostering Charlie, a miniature chocolate brown poodle. She said she thought he ran off, but she found his ADOPT ME badges thrown onto a staircase nearby.

She described Charlie as "a quiet, timid little guy who does not bark."

Sargent is offering a $500 reward for Charlie's safe return, and she has created a Findtoto page for him.

She asked for anyone willing to help in the search contact her at 202-558-6370.
