Police: Young Girls Sexually Assaulted in Va. Man’s Home

A Virginia man sexually assaulted a 3-year-old girl and a 4-year-old girl in his Woodbridge home, according to Prince William County police.

The assaults took place sometime between November and June, police said.

Police arrested 31-year-old Jose Luis Rodriguez-Hernandez of the 13700 block of Moccasin Court Tuesday.

He is charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and three counts of indecent liberties by a custodian. He is being held without bond.
