Police: Woman Stabs Sister Over Car

A Hanover, Md., woman is facing several charges after she allegedly stabbed her sister over a car.

Officers were called to the 7100 block of Somerton Court at 11:15 p.m. Monday for reports of a stabbing.

The 22-year-old victim told police that her older sister, Veronica Christina Victoriano, 23, stabbed her after they got into a fight over the use of their shared car.

Police say Victoriano left the home and was later found on Arundel Mills Boulevard, where she was arrested. She was charged with first and second degree assault and reckless endangerment.

The victim was stabbed in a lower extremity but is expected to be OK.
