Police: Virginia Man Lured Teen From Chat Room

A Virginia man was arrested in the parking lot of a Woodbridge school Tuesday for allegedly trying to meet a 14-year-old girl for sex, according to police.
Brian Kutney, 36, of Palmyra, Va., is being held without bond.
Kutney met the Dumfries, Va., girl in a teen chat room in January, according to Prince William County investigators.
The girl said she and Kutney arranged to meet in person on two occasions: Feb. 1 in the parking lot of Forest Park High School in Woodbridge and Friday in the parking lot of a Holiday Inn in Dumfries. She told police they had sex on both occasions.
Investigators said Kutney went to Forest Park High School on Tuesday to have a third sexual encounter with the girl. Detectives were there and took him into custody.
Kutney was arrested and charged with six counts, including taking indecent liberties with a minor.
