A woman was found dead in a parking lot Monday morning in Rockville, Maryland, and police still are trying to identify her.
A man on his way to the Twinbrook Metro station found the woman's body about 6:30 a.m. in a parking lot near the fence at the back of 12349 Parklawn Drive, Montgomery County Police said.
The parking lot borders an apartment building, and residents often walk through the lot to reach the Metro station, police said.
The woman was carrying no identification, police said. She had no evidence of trauma to her body, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner determined. Toxicology results are being processed.
Police plan to release images of the woman's clothing and tattoos to the public on Tuesday in the hope that someone will know her name.
