A little girl who was found on 14th Street NW in Columbia Heights Wednesday night has been identified.
The child was found about 10 p.m. on the 2900 block of 14th Street NW, south of Columbia Heights Metro station, D.C. police said Thursday afternoon.
Shortly after 5 p.m., police said a parent or guardian had identified the child.
