Police Seek Identity of Injured Man

A man was hit by a vehicle on Thursday, and police are asking for the public’s help in finding out who he is.

Fairfax County police said the man was seriously injured after being hit at Lee Jackson Memorial Highway and Graham Road, in Falls Church, Virginia, on Nov. 19. The injured man was taken to Inova Fairfax Hospital and is currently in the trauma ICU section.

Police said the man remains unconscious and cannot help them with his identity. They said he appears to be Vietnamese.

Detectives have been unable to identify the man and locate any family members. They have determined the man may be a bus rider who frequents the Route 50 corridor between the Eden Center and Loehmann’s Plaza.

Within the past month, he was seen in the area of the Eden Center in Falls Church, in the company of a woman who was assisting him in his efforts to find work. It is believed he may have family and friends in Virginia or Maryland.

Detectives believe the man could be 30 to 45 years old. He is between 5 feet 5 inches tall and 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 150 to 170 pounds. He has short, black hair and brown eyes. The man also has numerous tattoos on his body. His tattoos seem to indicate he has family members with the names Thien,
