Police Seek Woman in Fatal Stabbing

Police are searching for the suspect in a deadly stabbing in Northeast Washington.

It happened around 1:30 a.m. Monday along 1900 block of I Street Northeast.

Police said the victim was stabbed multiple times.  He was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment, where he expired from his injuries.

According to investigators, the victm was named Jawan Parker, age 31, of Northeast D.C.

Police said the suspect is a black female, in her late 20's, approximately 5'7'' tall.

Metropolitan Police are asking for the public's help finding the suspect.  Anyone with information on the case should call 1-888-919-CRIME (1-888-919-2746).
