Police Search for Suspect, Clues in Annandale Murder

Police are still looking for a suspect or suspects in the death of a 53-year-old Korean-American who ran a home-based business in Annandale, Va.
Acupunturist Chung Auh was found dead in her home at 4119 Hummer Road. A customer of hers had shown up for his appointment after 4 p.m. Friday and discovered Auh's body. Sources tell News4 that Auh was bound and stabbed to death.
Crime scene investigators are collecting evidence at the home while detectives gather more information on the case. Fairfax County police officer Eddy Azcarate said that the police are not prepared to discuss any details on the case, but that they are treating it as a murder case.
People from Auh's neighborhood told News4 that she was well-known and liked by everyone. Investigators, meanwhile, are trying to get in touch with all of Auh's most recent clients.
Police said they still have no suspects, but are looking at surveillance tapes from a Korean restaurant that she frequented. The restaurant is located next door to her house and she was last seen alive there earlier in the day Friday.
The police added that they believe the murder will be a lengthy investigation.
The Korean American Association, which has an office around the corner from the crime scene, held a community meeting Saturday morning to talk to residents about the incident.
