Prince George's County Police say a missing man with the mental capacity of a child has been found safe.
Russell Leroy Savoy, 64, was last seen in the 13000 block of Martin Road in Brandywine at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Police tweeted Friday that he had been found, but they did not say where he was located.
