Police Release Surveillance Video in Capitol Hill Slaying

D.C. police are asking for the public's help in identifying several people of interest in the murder of Jason Anthony Emma.

Emma was shot to death early Monday in his car. He had parked two blocks from his rowhouse on C Street, Northeast, after a night out with friends.

The individuals that police are seeking are depicted in this surveillance video from a nearby elementary school.

Emma grew up in Arlington County and had recently moved to Capitol Hill to live with longtime friends.

The Metropolitan Police Department offers a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone that provides information which leads to the arrest and conviction someone wanted for a homicide committed in the District of Columbia.
