Banks was a recent graduate of Largo High School and had enrolled at Prince George's Community College.

"She wanted to be a psychologist to help people," said friend Gloria Poole.

Poole described her like a second daughter.

"I just called her my sidekick because we were always singing together," she said. "She was just a nice person."

A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for any information that leads to an arrest and indictment. Anyone who recognizes the man in the sketch should call police at 301-772-4925.
