A District man is facing charges after two D.C. school buses were shot at Tuesday evening.
James Doby, 21, is accused of shooting out bus windows with a BB gun in the 3300 block of 18th Street SE near Alabama Avenue about 5:30 p.m.
One student was on board one of the school buses at the time.
No one was hurt.
Doby was arrested at the scene.
He is charged with multiple counts of assault with a deadly weapon.
