Police are looking for the person who shot and killed a man in northeast D.C. Wednesday morning.
Larry Michael Lockhart, 25, was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the 1300 block of Orren Street just after midnight. He was transported to a local hospital, where he died from his injuries.
