D.C. Police were on the scene of a double shooting in Southeast Tuesday evening.
Crews responded to the unit block of Mississippi Avenue SE just after 9 p.m. where they found a man and a woman suffering from gunshot wounds. Police say both were conscious and breathing at the time.
