District of Columbia police are investigating a homicide in northeast Washington.
Police say officers spotted an unresponsive man in the 1600 block of New York Avenue at about 3:15 a.m. on Saturday. When emergency crews arrived the man was pronounced dead.
Police have identified the man as 41-year-old Victor Drummings, but did not release a cause of death.
The incident is under investigation.
