Police Identify Maryland Homicide Suspect

Montgomery County police have identified one of two suspects accused of killing a teenager.

Police said Corey Yates, 21, and another man shot a teenager in Wheaton, Md., last week.

Investigators said Dudley Derose, 19, would not let three guys inside his home along Hutchinson on Dec. 21. Someone fired a shot through the door and hit Derose.

Police said they're looking for Yates and an unidentified second culprit.

An arrest warrant has been obtained for Yates, charging him with first-degree murder. He is described as a black man standing about 5-feet-7 inches tall and weighing about 175 pounds.

Both Yates and the other culprit are considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
