Police identified a woman whose body was found in a lake in Springfield.
Fairfax County Police say she is 22-year-old Leslie Brassfield of Fairfax.
Police are still investigating the cause and manner of death. They are calling it a death investigation.
Kayakers discovered Brassfield's body in Huntsman Lake on Sunday morning. Police responded and recovered the body from the water. Huntsman Lake is described as small and private.
