Slain Alexandria Man Remembered by Friends, Family

Bradley Bostick's family and friends gathered in Alexandria Friday night to pay their final respects.

Bostick was found shot and killed in the stairwell of an apartment complex on North Armistead Street Wednesday night -- he lived on the same block.

"To think that he's gonna wake up and everything's going to be okay... it's not. It's not going to be okay," Bostick's fiance Arvita Wright told News4 Friday. "All I have to do is ... pray a lot, cry a lot."

Bostick was supposed to pick Wright up from work Wednesday, but he never showed up.

"I got a call saying he was gone... that somebody had shot him," Wright said.

Wright, along with Bostick's family and friends prayed Friday his killer would be brought to justice soon.

"Only thing I'm gonna say, they better find who did it," Bostick's father said.
