It all started Wednesday night, when Marie (she preferred to not give News4 her last name) says she lost her keys while at Maryland Live! Casino.

Police say Miller somehow got the keys and stole her car.

Marie said she was worried because she had personal documents in the car, and felt Miller would go to her house.

She called OnStar and asked the operator to send police to her home. police say that when they arrived, they caught Miller walking out of the house with Marie's laptop and some jewelry.

Police were forced to use a Taser on him and arrested him.

Marie says despite Miller being behind bars, she’s on edge.

“I’ve never experienced anything like this, so it’s been unsettling. I’m walking around in circles, wanting to do things. But I’m just not, it’s very unsettling.”
