NORAD says a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter has intercepted a small plane operating in a flight restricted area around Washington.
The North American Aerospace Defense Command says the Coast Guard HH-65 Dolphin helicopter intercepted the plane just after 9 p.m. Tuesday.
The plane landed at Potomac Airfield in Friendly, Md.
