Pit Bull Stabbed After Attacking Three

GAITHERSBURG, Md. -- Someone stabbed a pit bull in self defense Wednesday after it attacked at least three people in a Gaithersburg home.

A 15-year-old girl, a 35-year-old woman and a 19-year-old woman were hospitalized with non-life-threatening bite wounds, according to Montgomery County police.

The dog was taken to a vet for treatment of stab wounds.
