D.C. police need your help identifying three men they are calling persons of interest in a theft near Howard University.
The trio can be seen in surveillance footage entering the T-Mobile store at 2301 Georgia Avenue, snatching cell phones from a display and running away.
Police say the theft happened on April 12 at 6:19 p.m.
