A person was stabbed and killed in northwest D.C. Monday afternoon.
Two people followed the victim, then pulled knives and attacked about 3 p.m.
The attackers fled on foot in the 400 block of E Street, heading west.
The victim was pronounced dead at MedStar Washington Hospital Center.
