Pepco Doesn't Think It's the Worst

Pepco's president is speaking out about the recent survey that ranked the utility company as the worst company in America.

Pepco was dead last in customer satisfaction because of complaints about poor service and high prices.

“I don’t agree with the characterization, but I do take it seriously. We are working very hard to improve the quality of service for our customers,” said president Tom Graham.  He added, "Our reputation is tarnished."

Pepco is going to spend $500 million in the next five years to improve infrastructure and service.

That includes adding staff, replacing wires and trimming trees.
