A man in Frederick, Maryland is behind bars after police say he tried to take pictures of women in the fitting rooms at a Goodwill Store.

Dominick William Spangler, 36, was arrested on a peeping Tom charge on Sunday around 1 p.m.

According to police, on Sunday afternoon, an officer patrolling near the Willowdale Drive Goodwill store was flagged down by citizens, who said a man had just fled from the women's changing room.

Based on the citizens' description, the officer located the suspect nearby, and a foot-chase ensued.  Police said during the chase on Willowdale Drive, Spangler shoved someone on the sidewalk.
