Arlington County police are looking for an alleged Peeping Tom who may be a repeat offender.
A young girl told police she was using the restroom in a restaurant at the Ballston Mall in Arlington, Va., Monday night when she noticed a shadow on the ground. She reportedly looked up and saw a man in his 50s peeping over her stall. He then left the restroom.
The girl told two older friends what happened. They found the man and confronted him. He claimed to have been confused about which restroom he was in.
Police said the incident has striking similarities to two other cases this year.
