One person was transported to an area hospital with critical injuries following a fiery crash in Anne Arundel County Tuesday morning.
Several people called 911 just before 8 a.m. to reported an accident involving a sedan and a truck in the intersection of Piney Orchard Parkway and Old Waugh Chapel Road in Odenton.
When emergency crews arrived, they found the 46-year-old occupant of the sedan trapped inside, and a truck pulling an enclosed utility trailer on fire.
The fire was extinguished a short time later, and the driver of the sedan was pulled to safety.
Officials say the sedan's occupant was flown to Shock Trauma with critical injuries.
There's no word on what caused te crash.
