One person was killed in an incident involving three vehicles on the Dulles Toll Road.
One vehicle rear-ended another in the eastbound lanes just past the main toll plaza, and when those drivers got out to investigate, a third vehicle crashed into the other vehicles, killing one of the drivers outside the cars.
Eastbound traffic on the Dulles Toll Road can't access the Capital Beltway and is being diverted onto the Dulles Airport Access Road.
