Fairfax County Police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred Thursday afternoon in Burke, Va.
Investigators said a 72-year-old woman died at the scene of the crash at Ox Road at Zion Drive. One other adult and two children were transported with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said the woman who died was going northbound on Ox Road in a Lexus. The other car involved in the crash was also a Lexus. it was going southbound.
Police continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
