A police officer riding a motorcycle in a motorcade was injured Wednesday afternoon.
The officer was an escort in a motorcade and was struck by a woman in a car in front of the National Press Club at F and 14th streets in Northwest.
The officer suffered minor injuries.
The next NBC Washington PNC Bank Community Shred is scheduled for June 16, 2012.
