Occupy D.C. says it's planning to protest at a Wells Fargo Bank Friday.

It's not clear on which bank location the demonstration will be at, but the protest is set to start at 4 p.m. Fridays are typically busy at banks since many people receive their paychecks that day, and banks are often open past 5 p.m.

The group has also put out its long awaited declaration: "Occupy D.C. is an open community of diverse individuals, facing different forms of oppression and impacted by economic exploitation to differing degrees, but united by a shared vision of equality for the common good."
