Anne Arundel County police charged nine men in connection with an online prostitution sting.
Authorities said Wednesday that undercover detectives posed as escorts on a website commonly used for prostitution ads, and received phone calls and text messages from 69 different phone numbers.
Nine men, ages 20 to 31, were charged with prostitution and assignation after responding to the online ad. In addition, detectives still being other numbers in an attempt to identify more callers.
