Nationals Park to Host Watch Party for Game 2 of World Series

The Nationals bested the the Astros in Houston in Game 1 of the World Series

Hang on to your baby sharks: The Nationals are really, truly competing in the World Series, where they won Game 1 against the Houston Astros on Tuesday night.

Game 2 will also be held in Houston, so D.C.-area fans in need of a ballpark experience can head to Nats Park, where the team will host another watch party Wednesday night, as it did for Game 1.

The general public will be able to watch from the seating bowl of Nats Park, and NATS PLUS members will get seating in the Delta Sky360 Club, PNC Diamond Club and Budweiser Brew House, plus free food and non-alcoholic beverages.

Admission to the watch party is free, but tickets are required — you can get them on the Nats' website.

Garages will open Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. Free parking will be available in the GEICO Garage and Garage C on a first-come, first-served basis.

Gates will open at 7 p.m. Wednesday; first pitch for Game 2 wil be 8:07 p.m.

The Nationals will come back to Washington for Games 3, 4 and (if needed) 5 at Nats Park.
