A naked man was seen breaking car windows Friday night in suburban Montgomery County.
Witnesses told police the man broke windows on Girard Street about 8:40 p.m., a police spokesman said.
Officers still were searching for the man about 10 p.m. near Washington Grove Lane and Emory Grove Road, close to Upper County Outdoor Pool.
