A naked Montgomery Village, Md., man was arrested in Ocean City Monday.
Police say Brendan Patrick Ohare, 35, was nude while "flailing his arms, yelling and chasing a citizen on the beach." He also assaulted an officer during a struggle, say authorities, although the officer was not injured.
Ohare was arrested for indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and second degree assault.
Before booking, Ohare was brought to a nearby hospital for precautionary treatment of possible substance abuse.
