First responders attempted CPR, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said the driver of the Camry, a 23-year-old woman, remained at the scene. She was not hurt.

Kester, who won the moped in a contest, was driving home from teaching vacation Bible school. He was married 32 years and had two sons.
