At least one person was injured in an accident involving a Metrobus and a dump truck in Cleveland Park Tuesday morning.
News4's Pat Collins reports that truck was headed west on Porter Street NW when it collided with an eastbound Metrobus near the intersection with Connecticut Avenue shortly before 10:30 a.m.
The bus then continued through the intersection, knocked down a few street signs and came to rest against a wall near a gas station.
There were a number of people aboard the Metrobus, Collins reported.
Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
