Metro Single-Tracks Around Cracked Rail

Metro trains shared a single track between the Vienna and West Falls Church stations due to the report of a cracked rail near the Dunn Loring-Merrifield station.
The incident caused delays in both directions on the Orange Line.
Regular service has been restored.
