Memorial plans are being made for a Virginia college student killed in the Caribbean.
Casey Schulman, 22, was snorkeling off the island of Dominica last Saturday when she was hit by the boat's propeller.

Her family scheduled a memorial for Saturday at 11:00 a.m at the Kennedy Center. The ceremony will be open to the public.
