The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the shooting death of a Maryland man in Southeast D.C. Friday night.
Police discovered Brian Andre Proctor, 41, of Forestville, in the 300 block of 37th Street, Southeast shortly before 9:30 p.m. Proctor was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Anyone with information is asked to call (202) 727-9099 or text 50411. The department is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone wanted for any homicide committed in the District.
